She is an expert in the area of strategic and content marketing, and active in digital and classical communications.
Her excellent knowledge of digital and classical communications along with years of experience in brand creation, helps companies and organisations in the planning, creating, and the implementation of the entire spectrum of communication activities. With her experience from over twenty years of work in communications, and by combining different skills, she creates diverse strategic plans for communication activities and implements them in practice on a daily basis.
Her advantage is especially the excellent knowledge and combining of classical as well as advanced communication forms; her work includes for example:

Content planning and copywriting for websites,
Digital and classical communication forms,
Social networks: communication plan and implementation,
Advertising – from the creative design up to the implementation in classical and digital media.
Between 1990 and 2008 Mateja worked at the Pristop agency as Creative Director and Director of the advertising department.
Between 2008 and 2010 she worked as Assistant Director and Creative Head of digital communications at the Renderspace digital marketing agency.
In 2010 she founded Komunikat which specialises in content marketing.
Three times she acted as a member of the SOF jury, a member of the regional jury at New York Festivals, as a member of the jury at the Eurobest and Golden Drum Festivals, and as a member of the Council of the SOF competition program.

She holds a BA in Slovenian language and comparative literary studies.
